Support throughout the project for far-reaching decarbonization

  • $5,7 M invested
  • 49% in reduced GHG emissions
  • 180 000$ in average annual savings

The starting challenge

Founded in 1965, the Notre-Dame-de-Foy Campus (CNDF) is a subsidized private college. Located in the heart of a natural area near Quebec City, the CNDF wanted to minimize its environmental impact while increasing the comfort of its students and staff. Thanks to SOFIAC's investment, the CNDF was able to free up CAPEX earmarked for asset renewal, and reinvest it in strategic, sustainable projects.

Support at every stage of the project

In addition to a financing solution for the replacement of certain worn-out assets and energy efficiency measures, SOFIAC was able to offer its expertise and tailored support throughout the project, enabling the CNDF to significantly reduce its carbon footprint. CNDF technical teams also benefited from ongoing support tailored to their needs to provide them with all the tools they needed to gain greater autonomy and efficiency in their day-to-day operations.
Results
  • $5,7 M invested by SOFIAC
  • 49% in reduced GHG emissions
