The starting challenge
ADM is a not-for-profit corporation serving the community. The company is responsible for managing, operating, and developing the YUL and YMX installations.
Constantly striving to improve the user experience, ADM was looking for a partner capable of helping it implement concrete decarbonization measures without affecting its investment capacity.
Financing decarbonization measures with short and long-term impacts
SOFIAC proposed a financing solution to implement a set of complementary technical measures as well as benefit from short and long-term energy efficiency gains. This approach enabled ADM to achieve in-depth decarbonization while maintaining its financial capacity for other strategic projects.
Reduced energy consumption is accompanied by tangible improvements for millions of passengers.
